    OET Exam

    Candidates who want to take the OET exam must register. Only the official website will be accepted for online registration by candidates. Before completing their online registration procedures, candidates must register on the official OET website creating an OET login.

    OET Results & Scores

    Results of OET

    Candidates who finished OET can expect their results around 16 working days after the test date. While taking the OET, students will get a grade in increments of 10 points in the scope of 0-500. The numeric scores of each subtest would then be further mapped to a separate letter grade, with (alphabet A) representing the greatest score and (alphabet E) representing the lowest. An overall OET grade does not exist.

    OET Score validation time

    No information is available about how long the OET exam is valid on the official website. Candidates need to ask about the length of validity of the results from the concerned officials who recognize the OET exam.

    Duration of OET

    The exam is divided into four categories, which are Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening, for those who plan to take it candidates must finish each subtest in the allotted section time. Candidates should set out a whole day to do their OET. While the exam doesn’t take up the whole day, candidates are recommended to avoid scheduling any other appointments at that time.

    How often can I attempt the OET Exam?

    If a candidate wants to improve his score, the OET can be attempted several times. For medicine and nursing, the test is conducted in every 2 weeks and for the other professions once a month (Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy), or once every 2 months (Dietetics, Occupational therapy, Optometry, Podiatry, Speech therapy and Veterinary Science).

    Documents candidates need to carry on the exam day

    Candidates are encouraged to accept their valid passports as IDs for the test.

    Good OET Score

    To be considered for the best opportunities, candidates must score 350 or more for each subtest. Candidates should consult with main councils or boards to stay updated on the current market needs.
